The machine is designed to form part of an automatic processing line, delivering the boxes to the filling machine.The flat sheets are fed to a 1000 piece magazine and conveyed to the forming unit by means of a pneumatic system, to be formed by a piston and welded by means of hot air jets – all in one process.The forming tools are easy to change. The machine can handle boxes from 200 to 1000 grams.The open design in stainless steel and FDA- approved materials make service and e.g. refill of flat sheets very easy, and facilitates daily cleaning.Capacity:Maximum: 25 boxes /minute (1 kg) The machine is supplied with tools for 1 kg boxes.
